QUALITY MANAGER

The Quality Manager will plan, coordinate and direct quality assurance programs designed to ensure quality production of products consistent with established standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develops Special Procedures and quality plans
• Interprets quality assurance philosophy to key personnel in organization
• Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with started requirements including vendor quality manuals and company quality records
• Supports maintenance of approved vendor list, which may include vendor approval recommendations and disposition of products
• Decide whether to accept a product or continue business with a vendor based on a review by the Quality Assurance Engineer
• Review all data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures
• Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities
• Keep management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and action being taken to improve the situation
• Prepares and presents technical and program information to the management team
• Directs technical and administrative workers engaged in quality assurance activities
• Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards
• Plays an active role on quality management teams within the organization
• Designs and implements quality assurance training programs to key personnel in conjunction with Managers
• investigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality
• Meet all expectations/requirements in the Cameron/Schlumberger HSE Program
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

The compensation and benefits for this role are listed in compliance with applicable law. We are committed to offering fair and competitive pay aligned with each candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications, within the designated salary range for the role. Please note that the listed compensation and benefits apply only to successful candidates hired onto a local United States payroll. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000.
