Description
The Product Management Specialist will assist the rest of the Product Management Team with presentations and reports while also creating various product reports based on sales data. In addition, the role will support the Product Managers in the area of design and report on trends, opportunities, and threats. The Product Management Specialist will assist the Director of Product Management with a variety of tasks to support the organization and development of the Product Development Team. The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and have a desire to learn and improve.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the production of high-quality presentations, proposals, and materials
- Support the product management team on a variety of product and market related topics
- Participate on the EIS Team to provide product management regular and on demand reports
- Join Product Engineering Process (PEP) projects as a project assistant for the Product Managers
- Research best practices and document standard operating procedures for Product Management activities
- Maintain administrative files of department meetings, market information and projects
- Analyze and research market; identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Participate in a variety of Company project teams
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with other departments
- Periodic travel, including international travel, is required
- Represent Schluter Systems in a professional, positive, and enthusiastic manner in all matters
- Additional duties as assigned by management

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base pay offered will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for additional benefits to the base pay range listed above.
