What you will be doing :
The Associate Attorney will interface directly with clients, support staff, and leadership to manage their own caseload as well as operate in a supportive role on more complex cases with senior associate attorneys and / or partners. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for actively investing in research, problem solving, determining strategy, communicating with clients, organizing and preparing the case for mediation or trial, conducting discovery, drafting motions, and the client onboarding / offboarding process.
