We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to join Schmidt Associates as a Graduate Architect or Project Architect. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse array of projects, providing technical and design leadership that spans all phases of project development.

Key Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate design efforts within the Project Team from concept to completion
- Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and deadline adherence
- Comprehensive knowledge of the design and construction process, with a commitment to upholding quality standards and protocols
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional architectural experience
- Master’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in creating construction documents using Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methodologies
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience and Education:
- Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Licensure as a Registered Architect is a plus
- 0-5 years of relevant architectural experience
