Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Prior customer service and event planning experience.
Prior Customer Service And Event Planning Experience Preferred.

Summary Of Responsibilities
- Assist in planning extra-curricular events for the International Friends Program (IFP).
- Oversee the matching process between mentees and mentors within the IFP.
- Assist in managing the International Student Ambassador Program.
- Support orientation workshops and programs offered by the department/Center for Global Engagement.
- Organize event materials and handle logistical arrangements for smooth event operations.
- Coordinate with other campus partners/departments for any collaborative events.
- Manage event-related email and social media communications and generate content.
- Assist with general office duties and serve as front desk backup as needed.
