Summary
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in all phases of construction project planning, execution, and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop their career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Support the Project Manager in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Monitor project progress and report on the status of key milestones.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members.
- Assist in reviewing contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.
- Address on-site issues and ensure timely resolution of any challenges that arise.
- Assist with procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
