We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Accounting Lead to join our team. As a Finance and Accounting Lead, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our medium-sized industrial services company. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
- Own weekly cash flow forecasting
- Lead month-end close process
- Lead general ledger maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
