Project Manager - Engineered Resin Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our industrial coatings and plant solutions group, Engineered Resin Solutions. Engineered Resin Solutions provides epoxy-based solutions to customers across power, energy, chemical, and waste water industries. If there is a corrosion or water resistance need, ERS has a solution. Beyond our epoxy-based solutions, ERS thrives in solving major pain points for customers in industrial and plant settings where repair and maintenance needs are required. We are creative and think outside the box for our customers, partnering with outside disciplines to deliver solutions.

As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project completion at job sites and ensuring the highest quality execution and safety. This is a field role with travel included along the East Coast. Expectations are to be at headquarter locations at least one day per week.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee project completion at job sites
• Ensure the highest quality execution and safety
• Manage and coordinate field services
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Provide technical support to clients and field personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Provide regular project status updates to management
