Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain office organization through effective office management practices.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and maintaining records.
- Support team members with various projects as needed.
Experience
- Proficiency in office management and familiarity with various office equipment.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with data entry and Google Suite/Quickbooks applications.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
