Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our advisors and enhancing the efficiency of our office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for finance or those looking to gain experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors and other team members.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and organize client documents, forms, and reports.
- Assist with client communications and correspondence.
- Maintain client databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Independently prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Solve problems efficiently and proactively seek solutions.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 or 4 year degree in finance related field preferred but not required.
- Interest in or basic understanding of finance and investment concepts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proven ability to problem solve and make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Previous administrative or office experience is preferred but not required.
