We are seeking a full-time Personal Lines Customer Service Representative with high energy, exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to build a career with our agency and long-lasting relationships with our clients. Job Responsibilities
- Work with Applied Epic and various insurance company portals to manage the issuance and processing of the agency’s personal lines renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Generate accurate and competitive quotes for both existing clients seeking policy renewals and new clients purchasing coverage.
- Build rapport and relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance, Binders, and ID cards.
- Process Endorsements, Cancellations, and Reinstatements ensuring accurate updates to client records.
- Manage insurance claims by guiding clients through the process, coordinating with insurance carriers, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Update and maintain all client details in Epic (agency management system) to ensure information is accurate and current.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
Preferred Skills
- Some College; No Degree or Associate Degree
- Certifications: CIC or CISR
- Management System: Epic, Carrier Rating Systems
- Computer Skills: MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word
