Job Description:
The Financial Systems Analyst will be at the forefront of our financial digital transformation efforts. Your expertise will help us to streamline and improve the efficiency of Financial/KPI reporting. The analyst will collaborate closely with the IT, FP&A, and Accounting teams and provide valuable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- System Administrator of Consolidated Financial Reporting System (Prophix)
- Design & Implement Automation Solutions: Design and deploy automation tools to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with IT, FP&A, and Accounting Teams: Work closely with IT, FP&A, and Accounting to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
- Provide Training and Support: Train coworkers on Prophix; provide ad hoc support as needed
- Generate Reports and Insights: Create detailed reports related to financial and KPI performance and provide insights for further improvements
- Key contributor to any potential future ERP changes
- Assisting FP&A teammates as needed with traditional FP&A functions
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related fields (Master’s Preferred)
- Minimum experience of 3 years
- Extensive knowledge of SQL based ERPs and reporting systems (VantagePoint and Prophix Preferred)
- Database/data warehouse management experience
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams such as IT, FP&A, and Accounting
- General understanding of GAAP
- Experience with implementation of Financial ERPs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Great written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
The compensation range for this position is between $90,000 to $110,000. Compensation for this position may vary based on geographic location and other factors. We remain committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation to all employees, regardless of their location.
