Job Description:

The Financial Systems Analyst will be at the forefront of our financial digital transformation efforts. Your expertise will help us to streamline and improve the efficiency of Financial/KPI reporting. The analyst will collaborate closely with the IT, FP&A, and Accounting teams and provide valuable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:

• System Administrator of Consolidated Financial Reporting System (Prophix)
• Design & Implement Automation Solutions: Design and deploy automation tools to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with IT, FP&A, and Accounting Teams: Work closely with IT, FP&A, and Accounting to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
• Provide Training and Support: Train coworkers on Prophix; provide ad hoc support as needed
• Generate Reports and Insights: Create detailed reports related to financial and KPI performance and provide insights for further improvements
• Key contributor to any potential future ERP changes
• Assisting FP&A teammates as needed with traditional FP&A functions

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related fields (Master’s Preferred)
• Minimum experience of 3 years
• Extensive knowledge of SQL based ERPs and reporting systems (VantagePoint and Prophix Preferred)
• Database/data warehouse management experience
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams such as IT, FP&A, and Accounting
• General understanding of GAAP
• Experience with implementation of Financial ERPs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Great written and verbal communication skills

The compensation range for this position is between $90,000 to $110,000. Compensation for this position may vary based on geographic location and other factors. We remain committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation to all employees, regardless of their location.
