Title : MEP Field Surveyor /
Location : Omaha, NE and / or Miami, FL, or New York, NY

Key Responsibilities :
Coordinating with the client, the MEP / FP / IT design team, and other MEP engineering consultants on field surveys. Travel to client project sites 2-3 times per week around the USA and execute field surveys. Document existing site conditions for plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection. Measure objects, boundaries and distances on construction sites, above the ceiling and on roof tops. Identify and measure utilities within construction site. Learn and use building codes that are applicable to the project. Submit field survey reports within three days from travel. Organize and submit travel expenses in a timely manner. What We Are Looking For :
An MEP and mechanical or electrical engineering or construction degree. Additional engineering certifications are a plus. 2 or more experience with MEP field surveys, construction surveys. Ability to climb a ladder and operate scissor lift. Physically fit for construction field surveys. MEP experience. Good communication skills, timeliness, accuracy. Willingness to travel several times per week to various job sites in the USA. Ability to travel in Northern America. Valid U.S. Passport. CAD / Revit experience. Must be able to read the codes.
