Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender/sales associate to provide an excellent guest experience. Compensation includes hourly and tips.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and makes recommendations
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Promote weekly sales & memberships
- Create an exceptional guest experience
- Ability to guide a group of people & be personable with our customers for tours
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Cross sell products
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
Requirements
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender/sales associate
- Bilingual is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Great work ethic
- Sales Driven
- Food and Alcohol Certifications
