JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum: Bachelors Degree or relevant educator experience
EXPERIENCE
Preferred: 3-4 years of clinical experience in which teaching skills have been demonstrated.
SKILLS
1. Develop/implement strategies to provide quality education to Physician Practice clinical staff.
2. Conducts/leads medical assistant orientation program to on-board recently hired medical assistants within Physician Practices.
3. Conducts/leads the Clinical Excellence Program to retain medical assistants.
4. Supports the professional practice environment that encourages and promotes the professional medical assistant role.
