JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION
Minimum: Associate's degree in nursing science (ASN).
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing science (BSN) form an accredited nursing program accredited by a professional nursing accrediting body.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
RN license required, CPR required.

EXPERIENCE
Preferred: 1-2 years nursing experience in area of desired practice.

SUMMARY
Coordination of Care Transitions.
Demonstrates customer service through teamwork creating an efficient environment for patients and staff.
Provides resource support to staff and physicians.
Coordination of unit quality and safety.
