What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN - Critical Care Unit position at Schneck Medical Center?
Salary begins at $28.55/hr for brand new nurses and increases with experience.
*This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a 2 year forgiveness period**
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum: Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN, or ASN with current education plan to obtain BSN.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing science from a nursing program accredited by a professional nursing accrediting body.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Registered Nurse Licensure, state of Indiana; CPR required; ACLS & PALS certification required within one year of hire. CCRN, CMSRN, or RN-BC certification preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Satisfactory completion of clinical experience while in nursing program.
Preferred: 1-2 years nursing experience in area of desired practice. Uses computerized documentation system.
