WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct meetings with individual retirement plan participants for the purpose of providing retirement planning advice and education
- Participate and present in retirement plan investment committee meetings
- Identify employees eligible for plan participation and facilitate the delivery of retirement plan enrollment information and instructions
- Maintain and update (as needed) retirement plan enrollment materials
- Prepare quarterly investment due diligence reports
- Generate reports and other documentation necessary for periodic retirement plan investment committee meetings
- Draft retirement plan investment committee meeting minutes
- Assist relationship managers with workload as needed to ensure standards are consistently met and maintained
- Commitment to confidentiality and security of data
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or related field is required
- Certified to work as an Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65 or 66)
