We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving qualified traffic, acquiring leads/customers, and improving overall marketing ROI. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and performance analysis to nurture leads and engage customers
- Website Management: Work with Digital Marketing Manager to build, optimize landing pages and user funnels for conversion
- Strategy Development & Execution: Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (organic and paid), and display advertising campaigns
- SEO & Content: Collaborate with content creators and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic; ensure digital content is optimized for search and user experience
- Campaign Management: Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, targeting, testing, and optimization across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (ROI, KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4, platform-specific analytics, and marketing automation software. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing, demonstrating success in managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, advertising campaigns
- Web design experience and the ability to work with page builders (e.g., Elementor/WordPress)
- Proficiency with website analytics tools (especially Google Analytics 4)
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including conducting keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., ActOn, HubSpot, Marketo), and setting up and optimizing campaigns on major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Preferred:
- Experience within the Professional services sector or B2B experience
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., ActOn, HubSpot, Pardot)
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and prompt engineering
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics)
