Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI White Space Strategy Lead / Senior Product Manager to lead our data center server rack and rack power distribution (PDU) product strategy with a specific focus on the booming AI market. In this role, you will become the subject matter expert on the challenges of deploying high-density AI/GPU servers from industry leaders like Dell, Supermicro, and Nvidia. You will be responsible for prioritizing these challenges, defining a product roadmap to address them, and overseeing execution across all product development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep research and analysis of the AI market to understand current and emerging trends impacting data center design and power requirements for high-density AI/GPU server deployments.
  • Partner with internal engineering, sales, and marketing teams to identify and prioritize critical challenges faced by customers deploying AI infrastructure.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap for server racks and PDUs that addresses the prioritized challenges of AI deployments, ensuring solutions align with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, and marketing to bring roadmap initiatives to fruition.
  • Track industry developments, competitor activity, and market feedback to continuously refine the product roadmap and ensure it remains aligned with evolving AI customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of data center industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver business case for R&D investment in AI white space to SP senior management, aiming to persuade and secure approval.

 

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management within the data center industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and executing product roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including server racks, PDUs, and thermal management solutions.
  • Experience working with high-density server deployments, preferably in the context of AI/GPU workloads.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
