We are looking for recent technical degree graduates with 1-2 years experience to be located at the Schneider Electric Nashville Hub in Franklin, Tennessee for 3 months, where you will be exposed to high-quality, comprehensive training that will familiarize you with electrical metering products, business processes, and soft skills necessary to succeed. For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $67,000 per lso include premium pay or differentials, depending on location.

What You'll Do :

  • Lead the deployment of Electrical Power Monitoring Systems at various customer sites including Data Centers, Health Care Facilities, Manufacturing units, Military / Government facilities, Commercial Buildings, and Universities.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors and end-users, engaging in daily interactions within construction environments.
  • Undertake EPMS software installation, customization, and integration, along with start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical power monitoring equipment.
  • Provide customer training, conduct device communication troubleshooting, and perform hardware component replacements.
  • Consult with customers to define system operation requirements and document the as-built system.
  • Travel daily to customer sites, typically within a geographic region, with potential for up to 80% overnight travel at times.
  • Overtime is possible and available.

Qualifications for Success :

  • A two-year technical degree, with a focus on electrical power systems or electronics, is preferred.

Co-op or internship experience can qualify.)

  • Proficiency in interpreting contract scope of work specifications and electrical drawing packages.
  • Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work effectively in team settings.
  • Stable work history and willingness to travel extensively.

Desirable Qualifications :

  • Experience with electrical equipment and knowledge of electricity, power generation, distribution, and power quality concepts.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard communication protocols, computer networking architectures, and HMI configuration.
  • Direct experience with Schneider Electric proprietary software and relevant certifications.
