Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Software Innovation Manager to lead our efforts in supporting customers throughout their cybersecurity journey. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop innovative solutions, tackle challenges, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
This position involves leading a skilled scrum team of 3rd party software developers and coaching Scrum Masters within the development team. As a strong collaborator across the Cyber Solutions Engineering (R&D) team, you will elicit and understand requirements, feature design, scope planning, task breakdown, and estimation for offer development.
- Develop, test, and engage with customers for proof of concept and minimum viable products;
- Forecast and manage team budget;
- Establish a 'software development best practices' culture;
- Ensure all code is developed following R&D Software Development Process, which includes software design, documented code, code reviews, unit tests, and adherence to Cyber Security standards;
This may be the perfect opportunity for you if you have extensive experience as a software development manager, a degree in computer science or engineering, and expertise in Lean Agile development processes – coaching level. You should also have experience working on SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS multi-tenant software systems deployed on the cloud and strong development experience in languages such as C#, .NET, Typescript/JavaScript, and Python.
