We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with program management and data administration tasks. This role will provide valuable experience in project administration and strategic planning within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management Tool Administration:

   • Assist in administering the iProject tool, ensuring regular maintenance and updates.
   • Generate reports to track project progress and performance metrics.
   • Collaborate with team members to optimize tool usage for project management.

2. Data Administration and Strategic Planning:

   • Compile and analyze data from various plant locations, including size, headcount, and other relevant metrics.
   • Create visual representations of data, such as graphs and charts, for clear communication.
   • Support value stream mapping initiatives (both upstream and downstream) to enhance operational efficiency.
   • Prepare presentations summarizing findings for executive review.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in relation to Industrial Engineering, Management (in Operations/Manufacturing), and Data Management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• If you are a self-starter and have a proactive approach in your work ethic
