- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project management, preferably with a focus on technical project management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing technical projects in industries such as building automation, HVAC, electrical systems, or related fields.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others towards common goals.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other industry-standard tools is highly desirable.
