Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components and systems by following detailed schematics and assembly instructions.
- Fabricate parts as needed using hand tools and power tools.
- Solder components with precision to ensure reliable connections.
- Utilize an Ohmmeter to test electrical connections and troubleshoot any issues.
- Ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards for quality assurance in assembly processes.
- Perform routine inspections of assembled products to maintain quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with IPC 610 standards is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or related field is a plus.
