What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Coordinator position at Schneider Electric?
What will you do?
- Receptionist responsibilities including: greeting customers visiting the office. Performs various clerical tasks such as filing and accepting packages, setting appointments, and handling inbound phone calls to the office. Provides monthly & ad hoc reporting & analysis to HR and Business stakeholders
- Maintains and processes a variety of confidential records through HRIS (TalentLink) tickets & mass updates on employment / job data updates, payroll changes, etc.
- Support daily HR processes, administration and execution of HR campaigns & programs, audits, promotions, separations, etc.
- Assist HRBP’s and Operations leaders with PeopleLink (HR Service Center) escalation tickets
- Maintain quality HR data
- Partner on special projects
- Support local employee engagement efforts, community outreach and employee communications
- Manage purchase order process & invoicing, as needed
- Support drug testing & background checks for new hires and as needed ongoing
- Provide visa and relocation support to business

- Handles the day-to-day operations of an entity manager's functions, provides a range of tasks to support a smooth operation of industrial management's schedule, communications, animation.

- Demonstrated business acumen and time and priority management skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to learn new HRIS systems quickly with previous HRIS systems experience preferred

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Experience in HR or HR-related field (Bachelors degree preferred but not required)
- Must have the legal right to work in the US (no option to support sponsorship)
