Field Service Representatives at Schneider Electric
We are looking for a Field Service Representative to join our team in the Jackson, MS region or Baton Rouge, LA. This role will involve collaborating with customers, team members, and third-party partners to perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment in dynamic environments.
About the Role
- Collaborate with customers, team members, and third-party partners to deliver high-quality service
- Perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Travel throughout the region for local customer support or countrywide travel as required
Requirements
- An Associate degree, vocational education, or similar experience in electronics, electrical theory, or a related field
- Solid understanding of Electrical Theory and 3-phase power
- Experience with UPS (desired), batteries - VRLA/Li-ion (desired), and prior Field Service experience
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle in the US without restriction

Onboarding Process
