Schneider Electric has an opportunity to join us for our Summer 2025 Global CS&Q Internship- Quality Management System Audit Governance in our  Nashville,TN Hub location. 

 

Are you passionate about driving Quality Assurance and improvement and currently on a technical or business/operations/quality management related academic track? Join us as a Global CS&Q (Customer Satisfaction & Quality) Intern- QMS (Quality Management System) Audit Governance and take a lead in driving and implementing effective audits. This exciting opportunity allows you to collaborate with global experts from our organization and 3rd party ISO certification registrars, shaping the future of Schneider Electric’s Quality transformation!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Global CS&Q QMS Compliance Director
  • Work closely with a global QMS Team on tracking audit related activities and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Analyze data to identify action points
  • Collaborate with the 3rd party ISO Certification Registrars
  • Support developing a governing procedure for managing external audits
  • Revise and update related documents and release them thru the system
  • Actively participate in global discussions and contribute to the establishment of best practices across diverse operational environments

  • Pursuing degree in any technical or business/operations/quality management track.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with Excel, i.e., Pivot tables, and Power Points.
  • Enthusiasm for quality management and process optimization.
  • Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with Omnex® digital platform.
  • Preferred, but not required: Familiarity with International Quality Standards, i.e., ISO 9001 and audits.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with global stakeholders effectively.
