Industrial Cybersecurity Manager
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Cybersecurity Manager to oversee the monitoring, analysis, and response to cybersecurity incidents and threats affecting operational technology (OT) systems.
About the Role:
- Monitor and analyze OT system activity, detecting potential security threats and responding promptly to minimize impact.
- Develop and implement incident response plans and procedures, ensuring effective incident management and resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including OT engineering, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure cybersecurity efforts are aligned with operational requirements and business objectives.
- Establish and maintain OT-specific cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry frameworks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of OT infrastructure, identifying and mitigating security gaps and weaknesses in industrial control systems and associated components.
- Drive the development and implementation of OT cybersecurity awareness and training programs for OT and IT personnel, promoting a strong security culture across the organization.
- Engage with external partners, industry forums, and regulatory bodies to stay abreast of OT cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operational technology (OT) systems, including industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and associated protocols and architectures. They will also possess demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of cybersecurity professionals in a dynamic operational environment.
