Working with the Strategic Partnership’s marketing team, this role will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of a strategic program launch for the NAM market.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan ensuring alignment with the program strategy ensuring project timelines and key deliverables are met
  • Analysis of competitive product and campaigns; identify best practices and messaging
  • Enhance brand presence and market share with strong strategies and positioning

This role will facilitate communication and collaboration across product development, global marketing and commercial team members to ensure all aspects of the launch are aligned while providing regular updates and report outs to stakeholders.  This role will also monitor launch performance against sales targets, market share and engagement metrics, and provide recommendations on acting on these results. This role will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to conduct relevant market research to validate marketing messaging and campaign proposals.  This role must work under complete confidentiality.

  • Marketing communications and storytelling skills with technical aptitude
  • Strong initiative, self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results
  • Communication skills to influence and lead
  • Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to interact with executive leadership

Preferred:

  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Willingness to relocate to the Nashville Hub
