Schneider Electric is seeking a Marketing Orchestration Specialist to support its U.S. marketing organization. This role is specifically seeking an energetic and hands-on marketing orchestration specialist to accelerate our strategic channels & segment marketing animation through engagement and experiences.
What will you do?
The candidate will collaborate with marketing leaders and key stakeholders to translate the marketing technology strategy and implementation into actionable initiatives, this role involves integrating content marketing, PR, thought leadership, and paid media, mobilizing various functional teams, and establishing program tracking and reporting. This position plays a significant role in bringing the marketing technology platforms to life for customers and partners. The marketing orchestration specialist will oversee the process of coordinating marketing and sales activities, programs, and campaigns across channels to create a personalized customer experience; optimizing our strategy, technology, and team to deliver more unified, seamless, and personalized engagements.
- Lead the orchestration of our new marketing technology landscape by learning, adapting, and growing our activation strategy
- Implement new processes from current state of marketing technology orchestration to next level state of usage
- Ensure appropriate change management and training strategies for the new capabilities are in place for organization readiness
- Work alongside a team of program managers to improve and support all campaign journeys from inception to activation by understanding the campaign calendar, program documentation, inbound/outbound assets, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
- Evangelize brand standards to all stakeholders to ensure we are maintaining our brand essence in market
- Oversee journey implementation including media placements, web pages, marketing automation, events and public relations to ensure tactics are working in unison with the right customer journey in mind
- Devise A/B and multivariate testing techniques across channels (web, email, landing pages etc.) to make campaigns more effective in a short timeframe.
- Coordinate corresponding pipeline activity against activations to understand improvements and next steps
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting of campaigns, including insights, interpretation, commentary and provide enhancement recommendations.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, business, or marketing
- 3 years of program management experience or marketing experience with majority of experience centered around digital marketing channels including SEO/SEM, web, social, email, online advertising and analytic tools.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing plans (demand generation and brand building)
- Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and implement data-driven solutions
- Integrated Marketing Expertise especially a strategic understanding of the marketing mix with deep expertise channels such as, paid media, social, programmatic marketing, etc
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in marketing technology and digital media highly desired
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, or Builder.IO experience preferred
- AI and Technology trends and ecosystem a plus
