Overview
The Modular Data Center (MDC) Line of Business designs, integrates, and tests full solutions built upon power conversion, energy storage, cooling, electrical distribution equipment and control software into modular enclosures. In addition to complete custom solutions, the MDC team has All-In-One (AIO) architectures as a standard offer.
What will you do?
- Accountable for the creation and maintenance of process documentation and tool support.
- Drive process comGlobpliance and continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and lessons learned.
- Lead the overall process improvement initiative based on agreed upon prioritization.
- Manage several simultaneous projects for process and tool improvement as well as change management.
- Measure the compliance and process effectiveness.
- Liaise with IT development teams for tool enhancements as needed.
- Facilitate the global team training and adoption of processes.
To whom will you report?
Vice President, PMO for Prefab General Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within the modular data center business, spanning different geographical locations.
- Strong analytical skills, process-minded, and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills and decision making
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across multiple disciplines including manufacturing, quality, sustainability, offer management, and sales.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively within the context of modular data center operations.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart, tailored to modular data center workflows.
- Ability to travel occasionally (up to 15% of time) both domestically and internationally to support the projects you manage.
