We are seeking a visionary Organizational Development Manager to lead our Center of Excellence (CoE) team of 2-3 professionals. In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge organizational development practices and processes. Your expertise will be crucial in governing these initiatives, providing consultative support, and managing change for key business transformations across Schneider Electric. In this role you will act as a trusted consultant to leaders and HRBPs, providing expert guidance on organizational design, change management, and culture development.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United
States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within
the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a

What will you do?
- Organizational Development & Team Effectiveness:
- Design and implement best-in-class organizational development practices and processes, continuously assessing and refining these practices to meet evolving business needs.
- Implement frameworks to assess and enhance organizational structure, culture, and team performance.
- Assess organizational needs and recommend evidence-based interventions to address performance gaps.
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to enhance leadership capabilities and organizational alignment.
- Partner with leaders to understand team needs and drive OD interventions to help drive team effectiveness.
- Organizational Design:
- Architect and optimize organizational structures to align with business goals and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand and address organizational needs, recommending strategic interventions to drive performance.
- Develop and implement frameworks to assess and refine organizational design, ensuring it supports the company's strategic objectives.
- Change Management:
- Lead change initiatives, equipping leaders with tools and frameworks to effectively manage transitions.
- Define, install, and govern change management practices for North America Operations.
- Measure and monitor the impact of organizational changes and change management initiatives.
- Culture Development:
- Design and implement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture that amplifies Schneider Electric's values.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
- Organizational Development: Proficiency in designing and implementing organizational development practices and processes.
- Change Management: Expertise in developing and leading change management initiatives.
- Organizational Design: Ability to assess and optimize organizational structures to align with business goals.

- 8 years of progressive experience in organizational development, change management, or related roles at a regional or multi-country level.
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record in leading and implementing organizational development initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, change management, culture development, and team effectiveness principles.
- Experience in working with senior leaders and HR business partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP)
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience in a Center of Excellence (CoE) or consulting role

Salary : $160,800 - $241,200
