What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Construction Estimator position at Schneider Electric?
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What will you do?
The Preconstruction Estimator position is held by an experienced estimator who shows the willingness and desire to lead. This role is designed to be a player / coach role and will be responsible for estimating and day to day management duties. This position will be relied upon to actively manage the workload pipe utilizing BFO and manage the day to day activities in support of their assigned regions. The Preconstruction Senior will play a role in mentoring and coaching the other members of the PreCon team and be involved in the development plans of all PreCon team members. They will work with the respective pre-construction manager for the "HR" type responsibilities for the team members they oversee as the team members will remain a solid line to the pre-construction manager. When necessary, the Senior will actively engage in recruitment and interviewing of future team members.
