What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Schneider Electric?
This position is responsible for daily activities in various areas that include administrative and accounting support for projects as well as general office support.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains a variety of project files and records with consistency- Assists Project Managers with project related administrative duties
- Support admin team with various duties such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense summarization and reconciliation, certificate of insurance requests, etc.
- Shipping and receiving, maintaining office supplies, helping to plan office events, keeping fleet vehicles organized and coordinating service
- Reception and clerical duties
- May provide customer service for external customers
- Other duties as assigned
