The Quality Manager will play a critical role in achieving these goals by leading quality initiatives and improving processes within the distribution center. Key responsibilities include:
Leading Quality and the Customer Experience in the Distribution Center
Managing and mentoring a team
Being the Voice of the Customer
Running Customer Service and Quality related processes (Issue to Prevention)
Supporting Quality Excellence in Supply Chain (from Suppliers to Customers: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, transportation, returns, etc.)
Connecting the relevant quality programs and methods (8D, Lean 6 sigma, SPS, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement
Implementing the Schneider quality policy, defining CS&Q roles, targets and objectives within the entity
Identifying and capitalizing on best practices in quality
