Schneider Electric Systems USA, Inc. seeks a seasoned professional in Foxboro, MA.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to design and implement quality protocols that meet industry standards. The ideal candidate will analyze validation data, identify root causes of production issues, and drive follow-up with manufacturing teams. They will also work towards resolving and preventing quality issues using 8D and Lean methodologies.

The selected candidate will perform risk assessments for non-conforming products or quality issues and follow surveillance test plans. They will regularly calculate and report key performance indicators, such as FFR, SQI, and Backlog, to corporate teams.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5 years of progressive experience in quality engineering or management
• Experience in managing quality processes in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Knowledge of quality auditing standards and methodologies
• Ability to gather requirements using customer feedback
• Testing manufacturing quality and field performance
• Optimizing industrialization processes

Compensation: €85,000 - €115,000 per year (dependent on experience)
