Quality Control Supervisor

What will you do?
• Ensures achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost - quality – lead time.
• Enforce compliance with Quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
• Organizes the training needs of teams.
• Contributes to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports.
• Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being.

What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. Equivalent experience and skills considered in lieu of education
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
• Knowledge of ISO9000 standards
• Lead implementation of new digital quality tools
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
