What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Performance Assurance Manager position at Schneider Electric?
The role of Regional Manager works to ensure a positive experience for the client by developing and managing our personnel. In this role you will run the creation of daily operations by overseeing staff execution, generating “Performance Assurance Estimates” and reviewing Performance Contracts, managing guarantee risk, reviewing and approving estimates and proposals, and staying well informed with the financial performance of the portfolio and forecast. You will be expected to be well informed on the HR policies and expectations of the company and working to ensure your team adheres to these expectations in all aspects.

Position responsibilities:
- Responsible for portfolio of contracted clients inside a Region
- Responsible for personnel development, expense reporting, time approval
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Revenue Forecast review and monthly actions
- Responsible for site safety of field personnel
- Ensures complete compliance by team for actions requested
- Utilize proprietary tools for cost estimating and forecasting
- Responsible for Guarantee estimating on Performance Contracts
- Review and approval of contract & service estimates and client proposals
- Responsible for process improvement
- Responsible for task management creation and execution through Asana process flows
- Complete understanding of Client Services offerings
- Responsible for financial performance of portfolio and all forecasting of region
- Periodically evaluate performance of systems for improvement opportunities
- Responsible for Client Service audits and accountability
- Responsible for reporting and presenting performance to upper management
- Facilitate monthly pipeline reviews with key internal stakeholders to update status
- Responsible for all Human Resource actions for staff
- Other duties as assigned
Essential skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree preferred, Bachelor of Business or Finance, along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in service industry with direct customer-interface experience either in sales or client relationship, or equivalent experience
- Building Automation System experience with understanding of operator knowledge, drawing package understanding, sequence understandings, operational intent, and troubleshooting
- Strong math skills and ability to track regional performance
- Strong problem-solving skills associated with large scale solutions
- Ability to generate reporting varieties to visual represent performance and solutions to clients
- Understanding of and proficient in project management skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient using task management programs or knowledge with Asana
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service internally and externally
- Effective working in team environment

While performing the primary functions of the job, the employee is regularly exposed to a general office
environment. During periods of project site visits, the employee will be exposed to outside weather
conditions as well as mechanical equipment rooms which could consist of confined spaces and loud
noises. Employee may work in different environments while on various job sites. This job will require
approximately 40-60% travel to project sites. Travel will occur using an automobile or by airplane to destinations.
