SAP Power User Lead

Job Description

As a SAP Power User Lead, you will be responsible for gathering required data from other ERP systems, performing quality checks to validate, and uploading the refined data to SAP. You will train end users on data requirements, meaning, and troubleshoot issues.

You will also brainstorm enhancement requests, garner buy-in from the data governance team through implementation, and deploy to the manufacturing plant.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Own the activities required (within the Master Data domain) to successfully deploy SAP across multiple product lines.
• Receive and seek training on SAP (S4 Hana) to become the technical expert for master data within the plant.
• Help gather, upload, and test master data in SAP for new production lines.
• Collaborate with power users from other domains to test and refine data in preparation for SAP upload.
• Create training plans and documents to train end-users on item mastering new parts and the upload process.
• Troubleshoot issues identified by end-users and resolve with the technical team, if required.
• Develop enhancement requests and work with the technical team to implement and deploy.
• Unite with SAP power users from other domains to simplify and streamline SAP processes.
• Capture and share lessons learned with manufacturing plants preparing for SAP deployment.
