Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements hardware selections and software applications for assigned customers
- Manages scheduled maintenance agreements and troubleshoots customer systems
- Coordinates activities, oversees subcontractors, and meets specifications and schedule when necessary
- Creates, loads, and tests system databases and coaches junior level service personnel
- Checks out, starts up, and commissions systems for proper operation and provides on-site training to customers as needed
- Suggests system improvements, modifications, etc., and performs warranty work
- Completes documentation for assigned tasks and has software experience to perform controls sequence modifications
Requirements:
- Advanced understanding of HVAC, access, or other building or electronic control systems
- Intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Schneider Electric's specific software
