Job Overview
Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Senior DCS Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer contracts by performing preventative maintenance visits, documenting / delivering reports and provide on-site remedial support.
- Ensure that the customer's system is updated to the latest software, quick fixes, and hardware.
- Prepare upgrade plans for the customer's systems and deliver them to the customer.
- Follow all technical procedures and tools for Global Service. Provide technical review of orders for clients and any other proposals that are requested to perform.
Requirements
- Analytical skills sound judgment, great interpersonal skills.
- Strong detail-oriented, capable of leading service teams during projects, upgrade or troubleshooting and dynamic with effective communication skills, especially in inter-cultural aspects.
- Able to develop an installation or upgrade, then execute and install hardware and software according to plan.
