As a Software Data Architect you will:
- Act as a lead data architect within the R&D team.
- Establish and evolve the software & data architectural framework upon which Cyber Solutions will be built and integrated with partner providers.
- Serve as a technical liaison to internal and external partner technical teams.
- Act as a strong collaborator across the Cyber Solutions Engineering (R&D) team.
- Lead the design and development of data architecture solutions that support cyber offer portfolio.
- Design and implement data models, schemas, and structures for optimal performance and usability.
- Design and implement data ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics solutions to support real-time and batch processing requirements.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance measures as core architectural requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
This may be the perfect opportunity for you if you have:
- 5 years of experience in software architectures with hands-on data architecture and design.
- Deep understanding of software architectures, data modelling, cloud services and architectures.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a computer science or engineering field
- In-depth knowledge of data modelling principles and methodologies (e.g., relational, dimensional, NoSQL).
- Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Influx etc.
- Proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc., for processing and analyzing IoT data.
- Hands-on expertise in data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and tools
- Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, .Net, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Previous coaching experience.
