What are the responsibilities and job description for the VIE - Pricing, Quotation & PMO Analyst - Brussels - Belgium position at Schneider Electric?
Where is the Position?
The position is located in Uccle next to Brussels in Belgium within dynamic & challenging environment with international members from diverse cultures.
Which missions will you lead?
As a Pricing, Quotation & PMO Analyst, your will have a key role in our Pricing & Quotation (P&Q) transformation program - Global program with 50 countries involved.
As such, you will 2 main responsibilities:
- Be part of the PMO team (Program Management Office) to coordinate the overall program delivery (capabilities design, deployment [which you will be supporting], value realization / KPIs
- Support the Pricing & Quotation deployment teams to implement the transformation in the target countries (Commercial Policy definition, Pricing calibration, Quotation operating models)
For the PMO part :
- Monitor project actions and risks, and secure proper resolution with relevant stakeholders
- Prepare key governance meetings (project/program reviews, Steering Committees)
- Contribute to improve program management setup (ways of working, roles and responsibilities, tools & templates)
- Support the consolidation and report of our main KPIs
For the deployment part :
- Analyze country as-is (pricing data, deal margin, quotation data, quotation processes) and current pain points
- Assess gaps with reference model (processes, organization, data model)
- Support country implementation until go-live (gap closing, digital platform implementation, change management)
What are the qualifications we are looking for?
Education: Master’s degree in Business or Engineering
Work experience: Preferrably 2 years as Project Analyst/Manager or Consulting
Skills:
- Microsoft Office (above average skills) esp.
- Highly proficient on PowerPoint and presentation ability
- Highly proficient in excel
- Board/ BI is a plus
Requested languages: French, English
Personal abilities or skills:
- Flexibility and Ability to change focus and adapt to evolving environment
- Problem solving
- Articulate and persuasive in both oral and written communication
- Willingness to engage with Senior Management (Vice-President )
