Warehouse Engineer CO-OP

Schneider Electric’s Global Supply Chain team has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to assume the role of Warehouse Engineer CO-OP in our Fairfield, OH location, for the Spring Semester. This will be a full-time, on-site position ranging from January through May of 2025. You must be taking a gap semester to be eligible for this full-time CO-OP. No visa sponsorship or relocation will be provided for this role.

Responsibilities:  

• Work closely with the warehouse engineering team to support various aspects of warehouse operations and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the design, optimization, and implementation of warehouse layout and material handling systems.
• Assist in data analysis, performance metrics tracking, and reporting to support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects within the warehouse environment.
• Gain exposure to inventory management, logistics, and transportation processes to support overall supply chain efficiency.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Are actively pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in warehouse operations and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, or other relevant software applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Must be available to work full-time during the Spring 2025 semester at our location in Fairfield, Ohio.
