What You'll Do
Support and maintain SaaS products used by local governments.Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues.Ensure systems run efficiently to meet client needs.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking candidates who are self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
Required Skills :
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand problem statements quickly and clearly.Foundational experience with .NET web development (C# or VB).Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL).Ability to write simple scripts (e.g., Python).Strong problem-solving, time-management and analytical skills.Clear verbal and written communication coupled with strong intrapersonal skills.Proficiency to handle multiple competing priorities.Ability to work on a team collaboratively but also individually as dictated by the cases you will support.Preferred Skills :
Experience with local government operations.Exposure to GIS, especially ESRI ArcGIS products.Experience working with real property appraisal, CAMA, or property tax systems.Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, GIS, management information systems, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience.
