Schneider is seeking a Social Media Coordinator in Green Bay to develop and execute consistent and engaging content plans across Schneider’s social media and brand advocacy platforms. The Social Media Coordinator will do this by working closely with marketing, design and content teammates to create and publish content that aligns with business objectives and campaign goals.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and post interactive content that encourages engagement and the development of user-generated content.
- Execute platform-specific strategies to maximize Schneider’s social media reach, visibility and engagement.
- Ensure content aligns with each social media platform’s unique specifications, such as format and length.
- Monitor trends in social media tools and applications and apply that knowledge to Schneider’s content strategy.
- Continuously experiment with new ways to leverage social media and brand advocacy activities.
- Work with copy writers and designers to ensure social media content and campaigns are informative and entertaining.
- Track the performance of social media and brand advocacy efforts using analytics tools.
- Use findings to provide actionable insights for future content.
