Objectives of this Role
- Manage, facilitate, and evaluate documentation standards for technical content.
- Work with leadership and subject matter experts to assess training gaps and needs to build training programs to ensure maximum training results.
- Maintain expert knowledge of training programs and documentation storage systems and programs used.
- Meet Schneider's quality standards while maintaining working knowledge of relevant technologies and best practices.
