- 3 years leadership experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or distribution center setting
- Proven ability to lead and develop others
- Ability to plan ahead and multi-task
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Open and flexible availability
- Safety first mindset
- Proficiency in basic computer programs and ability to learn systems easily
- Ability to stand, walk, and be mobile for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
