*POSSIBILITY OF A 3RD SHIFT POSITION*
Key Areas Of Responsibility And Essential Functions
- Mobile repairs and maintenance
- Preventative maintenance on gas and diesel engines (including equipment such as chippers, mini skids, lifts, etc...)
- DOT Inspections
- Tires - mounting, balancing, patching, plugging, etc...
- Brakes
- Greasing machines
- Diagnostics/Research - scanning vehicles, finding specs on a vehicle, identifying codes, identify needed parts, etc...
- Perform day-to-day repairs as they come up (we work on a fleet of vehicles/equipment so things are constantly rotating through with different issues that range from replacing windshield wipers to swapping an engine)
- Help clean, maintain, and organize the shop
- Assist other mechanics on jobs when needed
Requirements To Join Our Team
- 2 years of experience as a mechanic preferred
- Mobile repairs and maintenance capabilities
- Drug free
- Excellent driving record
- Driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Team player
